I'm Dorian, and I set up Dragonflies Decluttering because I love helping people feel happier and less stressed in their homes, with practical support and absolutely no judgement.
Letting someone into your home when it's not how you'd like it can feel like a big step. I won't rush you, and nothing gets thrown out unless you say so.

Hourly
£20 per hour
Good for a single wardrobe, a set of cupboards or a quick reset of one room.
Half-day session
£75 for 4 hours
Enough time to make a real dent in a room, and cheaper than booking the hours separately.
Free consultation
£0
A visit to look at the space and talk it through before you commit to anything.
The minimum booking is 2 hours. A £20 deposit secures your date and comes off your final bill, and the rest is due the day before the work starts, by cash or bank transfer. Travel is free within 5 miles, then 55p a mile.

Common questions
Do I need to be there while you work?
Usually, yes, at least for the first session. What stays and what goes is your call, and it's much quicker when we decide together. Once there's a plan, some jobs can carry on without you.
Will you make me get rid of things?
No. Nothing leaves your house without your say-so. My job is to help you decide, not to decide for you.
What happens to the things I don't keep?
Anything for charity, I'll drop off at a charity shop of your choice. Rubbish gets bagged up and left for you to put out or take to the tip.
Is it confidential?
Completely. I don't talk about clients' homes with anyone. Photos are only used with your written permission, and anything personal is removed first.
Are you insured?
